Moong Dal Flour is made from dried, ground split gram. The lentils are dried, cleaned then ground into flour after removal of seed coat.
Moong Dal Flour can be used to make various pan cakes, breads and even chapatis by mixing it in wheat flour which increases the Protein content of chapatis.
This flour is an excellent Natural Detergent and can be used to wash face without any skin irritation. Its application over the face bleaches the color and gives complexion.
